The gulf front unit offers breath-taking views from the spacious balcony and the fun and relaxing beach is right at your fingertips. You’ll never have to leave as the complex is mere steps from lots of restaurants and bars including the Hangout, Pink Pony Pub, and Sea and Suds.

Amenities abound including indoor/outdoor pool, kiddie-pool/splashpad, gym/sauna and outdoor grilling area.

Unit is fully updated with granite countertops, stainless appliances and tile throughout the unit. All bedrooms are well appointed, decorated and feature smart TVS. The kitchen has all the items needed to cook a full meal. Unit has an amazing balcony that’s great for a morning cup of coffee or an evening cocktail.

Condo was very clean and had everything we needed. Nice time with friends and family. Enjoyed our 1 night stay. We would to go back again and rent out this condo. Owners very quick to respond and ensure our stay was enjoyable. You won’t go wrong with this condo.

2022 Spring Break

I apologize I took so long to leave a review for this awesome condo at Gulf Shores that Jay & Andrea provided for my daughter and me ( and hubby for 1 night) to spend 5 relaxing nights. First of all, the communications with Jay & Andrea were above and beyond. The in-depth preparation instructions, super-helpful tips they provided, lightning-fast responses, and general kindness and generosity of spirit with their whole demeanor, made the before-during-and-after of the trip truly wonderful and problem-free, Second, from the moment we opened the door, we immediately noticed all the special touches they employed to make this condo a special place to lay your head. All the rooms were beautifully furnished and included many elements to create a home away from home. The fully stocked kitchen with stainless appliances, all manner of pots, pans, measuring implements, cooking and eating utensils, as well as a full set of plastic dishes, cups and utensils for kids. Extra special touches like the soft blankets in the bedrooms and living room, extra hangers in the closets, extra laundry hampers for dirty clothes and towels, as well as books boardgames, decks of cards, and puzzles for stay-at-home entertainment for rainy days or quiet nights. The views from the balcony are absolutely stunning and are the icing on the cake for this amazing beachfront property. We will definitely stay here again or maybe try Jay and Andrea’s other 2 condos in gulf shores whose listings are also gorgeous!
