Communication was great and check in was really easy. The location is good with just a short walk to the beach access. The pool is great but the other putdoor amenities (playground, mini-golf, pickleball) are in much disrepair. If you are staying for a weekend, it's well suited but longer stays require you to provide your own toilet paper, and handsoap which is very odd.The unit hasn't been updated for 15-20 years with dirty dishes and towels. Sleep is difficult due to the plastic cover on the bed that crackles every time you move.

This place is supper cozy! I enjoyed the stay we had here! The parking was a little small. The walk to the beach from this place was super close! It doesn’t have an elevator but it’s not too many stairs to walk up, it also has its own balcony!
