This was disappointing from the moment we walked in. The unit is in need of some serious repair and upgrade. There was ABSOLUTELY no communication about the required 40 (per vehicle) parking pass prior to my arrival. And the communication from the rental company was not prompt in resolving the issue nor taking responsibility. If that's a required additional charge it should be noted in the check in process AND prior to booking. I took pictures bc I don't want to be blamed for the damage I walked in to. The view is phenomenal however it's NOT easy gulf access. In order to reach the beach you have to walk some distance. I would say make sure you have a beach cart for that ESPECIALLY if you have small children. The walk back uphill is WORSE. The facilities in general need a facelift including the pool area. Security was great and extremely helpful. I would not choose to stay here again in the future. The end of Fort Morgan is one of my favorite places as I visit here often during the summer, typically once every other week for a day trip. I'm incredibly disappointed in this stay. There was also some serious construction going on before 8am Monday morning that didn't stop for the entirety of the day.

The condo was lovely and has a great view of the ocean. Communication was great and we had no problems. The beds were so comfortable and we were able to relax on the balcony when we weren't at the beach. It is a bit of a walk to the beach but easy to get to and there are tents and chairs to rent once you get there. The pool was clean and maintained daily. The elevators stopped working but were fixed the same day and you could tell the building was cared for on a regular basis. I definitely recommend!!
