We are the Lighthouse west corner penthouse!
We are located on the 19th floor (accessed via 3 mid-building high-speed elevators-building has 5 elevators total).
Enjoy spectacular, panoramic Gulf, beach, sunrise, sunset, & city views from our enormous west corner wrap-around balcony. There is no one above you, but the big blue or star-filled sky!


Features of this beautiful condo include:
*2 king bed suites w/direct balcony access (w/Smart TV's, ensuite bathrooms-jacuzzi tub jets do NOT work in largest primary bedroom)
2 queen bedrooms (w/Smart TV's and ensuite bathrooms)
*Large double-door bunk room that sleeps 4 w/ Smart TV (bathroom across the hall).
*Condo sleeps 12 in beds and 2 more on the queen sleeper sectional sofa.
*Dining table seats 8 (plus 6 at kitchen bar).
*Fully-stocked kitchen for all your cooking needs.
*Separate wet bar (stocked w/a variety of plastic drinkware).
*Key-less entry system for guests’ safety & convenience.
* Pool towels, and if maintained by previous guests there should be 4 backpack beach chairs and a few other folding type beach chairs & a large rolling cooler for guest use. These items should be located in our condo's large "beach supply" closet located in the condo (plenty of room to store your beach & pool items in this large closet or in the condo's large foyer).

As for the Gulf-front Lighthouse complex, it is the place to be in Gulf Shores. Our building is very wide and thus has a VERY WIDE beach directly behind the building (lots of room to spread out:). Amenities include:
*2 outdoor pools (one is zero-entry-great for young children)
*1 heated indoor pool
*2 large outdoor hot tubs
* Dry sauna
*Fitness room (w/beach views:)
*Community BBQ grills
* Ice and vending machines
NOTE: Parking passes are currently $50 per car, per stay, but subject to change without notice. Pay Lighthouse HOA upon arrival by credit card only.
The Lighthouse is w/in walking distance or a short drive to many area restaurants and shops (0.6 of a mile from The Hangout). You can view the local on-the-beach favorite, Sea-N-Suds from our balcony. Close by family-fun activities include dolphin cruises, fishing charters, a water and amusement park, miniature golf, and go-kart tracks. OWA Amusement Park, Gulf Coast Zoo, Tanger outlet mall, and world-class golf courses are all nearby, as well. The Wharf, located in nearby Orange Beach has many shops, restaurants, and an amphitheater. Short day trips include, Ft. Morgan where you can take the ferry across Mobile Bay to visit the Dauphin Island Estuarium Sea Lab and the Bird Sanctuary and Pensacola, FL where you can visit the Naval Aviation Museum (home of the world famous Blue Angels).

Condo Pool Towels: If used, you MUST wash (separately), completely dry, fold, and store above washer/dryer the beach towels provided for guest use. Also, pls empty the dyer lint filter.
White Towels: Wash, put in dryer (turn on) one (1) unstained load of white towels prior to your departure. Ty! :)
Set the thermostat to 78 degrees in the warm season/68 degrees in the cool season.

Cleanliness was fine overall, but, since you pay for cleaning, I feel I should mention the following: baseboards in the kitchen looking dirty, the dresser drawers in one bedroom being sandy, and drawers with hairdryers hosting a lot of hair. Would’ve appreciated an extra roll of toilet paper, and some attention paid to the squeaking dryer. That said, we loved so much about the place and our stay that we wouldn’t think twice about booking with you again. Beds were comfy, space was delightful, and we really only had to bring in food/beverages. Everything else was provided and functional.

We loved the size of the condo. It was perfect for a group of 4 couples celebrating my friends 60th birthday. The kitchen was well stocked with all cooking supplies needed. The balcony overlooking the ocean was breathtakingly beautiful! We saw dolphins daily. The only complaint we had was the lack of friendliness from the office staff upon arrival and leaving the property. There were 2 different staff members and both were not welcoming or friendly in either interaction.

We loved our stay at this condo! The location is centralized and there are lots of amenities. We were able to fit 3 separate families with adequate room and privacy. The kitchen and beach supplies were well stocked. The view was amazing, we saw dolphins everyday! The host was excellent at communicating throughout the booking and check in/out process. Would definitely stay here again!

Amazing stay at West Corner Penthouse. Property was exactly as shown in pictures and the view from the 19th floor was panoramic. Close to elevators with little to no waiting to get to the pool and beach access. Big beautiful beach and host provided lots of quality beach chairs that we used daily. Best stocked kitchen I’ve seen in a VRBO. Comfy beds and lots of space for our family of 11. Host was responsive to all our questions. Highly recommend!

Good time

The place was nice, but the beds are extremely hard. The rest was good. The kitchen was well stocked, and the views are amazing. The beach is really nice and there are lots of things for the beach like towels, chairs, and sand toys. There are lots of places to go and see that are fairly close. The dryer needs some work as it leaves black streaks on your clothes. The 2nd master could use some deep cleaning. We did have a sink leak but the owner got someone there the next day to fix it.

Very nice property

The top floor views from this property were wonderful. Very spacious floor plan 5 bedrooms provided excellent accommodations for our party. No soap or shampoo/ conditioner in the bathrooms so be sure to bring your own. $50 parking fee per car was not included in the rental fee. Excellent location, walk onto the beach, and a close walk to multiple restaurants
