AUTHENTIC MISSISSIPPI GULF COAST EXPERIENCE! Feature 5 (FIVE) bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, large 2100 sqft single family house, living room / dining area, and new large kitchen. Charming front porch and huge back patio with large BBQ grill and so many seating to count. The large private back patio with large wood deck, BBQ grills, swing, lighting, comfortable conversation seating, and so many tables and chairs.

LAYOUT :
1) Bedroom #1 : A grand main large bedroom with 13 feet ceiling, with original 100 years old hardwood floor restored, a KING size bed with a quality & comfortable 12 inch gel foam mattress. There is a formal seating area for relaxing, reading, conversation. Also included a 65-inch flat screen Smart TV, 2 ceiling fans, window AC, powerful portal AC fan, and a grand unique medallion chandelier.

2) Bedroom #2: A bedroom with a FULL size bed with a quality & comfortable 12 inch foam mattress. Direct access to Jack & Jill full bathroom.

3) Bedroom #3: A bedroom with a triple bunk bed with TWIN-over-FULL bunk bed and TWIN pull out trundle all with quality & comfortable foam mattresses. Direct access to Jack & Jill full bathroom.

4) Bedroom #4 : The blue rose room with 13 feet ceiling, with original 100 years old hardwood floor restored with QUEEN size bed with a quality & comfortable 12 inch foam mattress. Also included a 32-inch flat screen Smart TV.

5) Bedroom #5: The red rose room with high ceiling, two TWIN-over-FULL bunk beds with quality & comfortable foam mattresses. Also included a 32-inch flat screen Smart TV.

* The colorful front porch features a swing, table and chairs, curtains, fan and lights
* The colorful large back patio features so many seating options to count, a swing, conversation patio seating, many table and chairs, BBQ grills
* There are two full bathrooms
* The laundry room has a full-size Washer and Dryer
* The living room / dining area has a leather couch with a 65 inch smart TV with antennas for channels with shows, sports, etc. You can log in with YOUR own Netflix, Hulu accounts on these Smart TV to watch more movies and shows.
* A glass dining table with 4 chairs.
* Just next to the large kitchen is a counter dining area with and additional 4 chairs with view of Amsterdam mural.
* The extra large kitchen is fully equipped with kitchen appliances including refrigerator, stove/oven, microwave, dish washer, air fryer
* The kitchen is stocked with plates, glasses, coffee cups, pots/pans, utensils, blender, kettle , can opener, etc.
* We have both a Keurig single cup coffee machine and Mr Coffee 10-cup machine at the house. Bring your own coffee Keurig pods or ground coffee flavor to enjoy
* The Island view casino is 2 blocks away walkable in less than 10 minutes and drivable is 3 minutes
* The beach is 3 blocks away and walkable in less than 12 minutes and drivable in 5 minutes
* We have available the authentic BEACHCOMBER MACSPORT beach wagon to tow your beach gears and toys from the house to the beach.

NO Parties: ABSOLUTELY NO parties or events are allowed at house. Only the number of people listed at time of the reservation are allowed to stay in the house. If any party occur at the house, the authorities will be call to escort guests from the properties, damages $ will be charged and all monies will be forfeited.

NO smoking indoors: There is a strict NO SMOKING indoors policy. To include vaping/illegal substances. In the event that house is smoked in, there will be an automatic $500 cleaning & deodorization fee applied.

Note: We have EXTERIOR cameras surrounding the house recording video and sound 24/7 for the security of our guests and properties. A camera is at the front door facing the street. A camera at the roof facing down to the sidewalk. A couple of cameras in the back patio facing the open green grass. For our guests privacy, absolutely NO cameras are inside the house.

The check-in process was easy, and the host had plenty of things like towels and blankets; however, I found that the photos of the listing did not accurately depict the actual house. The photos online made the house look much newer than it was, and the photos had several nicer pieces of furniture than there actually were. I also wish there had been something online warning about the train that runs through the backyard, as it would go by and wake everyone in the house up in the middle of the night. The house was also much darker and lacked the bright lighting that it had online. Overall, it wasn't a bad stay, but the photos make the house seem much nicer than it was.

We had a colder week in Mississippi. The first night we were told that there is only one thermostat and the thermostat only showed air conditioning. The room got down to 55 degrees in the house. The next day I told the owner that we were going to get heaters and then they remotely turned on the heat. It was fine the rest of the week.

We had a nice stay. There were 11 of us. Plenty of towels and blankets and appreciated the fans. Loved the charm of the older home. Was clean. Only issue would be the back deck is in need of some repairs. For those that had issues with noise, it actually wasn't that bad. If your outside the train whistle is load but didn't bother us because the 2 littles loved it. It was always a race to go and wave to the engine. Inside you barely noticed.

This is a great home with lots of room especially if you’re traveling with a big group. The neighborhood seemed a little sketchy as I was first coming in but it’s really not. The houses immediately surrounding this home are nice. It is an older home so it has that older home smell to it. As of my stay some of the furnishings could use some updating like the couch and the chair in one of the bedrooms. Both are flaking materials. The canopy material over the back deck has some holes. I slept in the front room and the bed was very comfortable. Tv remote in that room however was a big struggle. A/C works great. Kitchen is nice and big and the counter top ice machine was an added perk. My main struggle during my stay was the front door. It was nearly impossible to open and close. Hopefully that gets fixed soon.
