The property is about 2km from the sandy beaches of Gunjur. The house is connected to the National Grid Electricity with prepaid electricity meter. The property benefits from its own water supply system (Borehole) with a water pressure pump installed to boost water pressure for a good power shower.

The property also benefits from running water, fitted European Kitchen with white goods and TV system. The house has spacious lounge, open plan dining room, spacious front garden with plenty of shade for outside relaxation during daytime or evenings.

Somerset House - Gunjur is about 40 minutes drive from the airport and the main tourist strip of Senegambia. It is 25 minutes from Brikama which is the biggest town in the Western Region. There is a mini market just 5 minutes walk from the property where you can shop for your daily needs.

I’ve sent a message on Facebook messenger as I’ve been trying to contact you vigorously about this property but the virtual agent couldn’t let me pass a certain point. I’ve have evidence for all isssues. TV’s didn’t work, shower didn’t work/stay hot, cooker was badly kept. Kitchen work top was a mess, unhygienic, broken. Washing machine was damaged maybe a few more issue’s I’ll need to check my notes and evidence. For this reason I want a refund, I also left with 18 days left on my booking. The owner did make attempts to get the shower fixed but that failed. So I had make the hard choice to leave if I’m paying money I expect everything listed to be working.
