The location of Villa Solängen is just fantastic! The lake is only 30 meters away from the house: here you can sunbathe, laze, play on the lawn directly on the shore. There is hardly anything more idyllic than the Tvällensee. A rowing boat with electric outboard is available for you free of charge at the jetty. Villa Solängen has a very sunny southern exposure. On covered days, the covered veranda is ideal (of course with a lake view). The use of four bicycles is free of charge - there is nothing to prevent an active vacation. Anglers also get their money's worth, because the Tvällensee is very rich in fish. Anyone who has to work on the computer occasionally on vacation will find ideal conditions in Villa Solängen: WiFi via high-speed fiber optic cable! The house has a full basement - so there is enough storage space for your holiday equipment and you can park your car in the garage. The lake can also be wonderfully overlooked on the open balcony on the upper floor. The kitchen and living room face the lake. There is space for four people at the kitchen table - the dining table in the lush living room is designed for six people and is a really great place for meals with a view of the Tvällen. It is easy to relax on the comfortable and spacious seating - you can take care of the entertainment yourself or let the XXL LED television "sprinkle" you. One bedroom and the bathroom (with shower) are on the ground floor, the other two bedrooms on the upper floor - from the hallway between the bedrooms you reach the balcony; the hallway is very bright due to the balcony door and window, which is why I have set up a luxurious, height-variable desk with plenty of space for storage; Narrowness does not arise inside or outside the house, because the property is over 4000 m² - the nearest neighbor is forty meters away. If you want to spread out on the shore, the large lawn is yours. You will enjoy the romantic waterfront area with its seating. There are almost immense forests, hardly known lakes and a rich wild population - and all this starts just a stone's throw from your holiday home!
