Inadequate Hot water and not much help!

My family and I (a group of five) had a very unpleasant stay here for five days. The hot water supply was inadequate; it could only support a shower for one person (not a bath, just a shower for less than 15 minutes) before turning ice-cold. After experiencing this issue on the first day, we immediately emailed the host on the same day (a Saturday), flagging the problem as urgent and asking for advice. Unfortunately, we did not receive a response until Tuesday, the fourth day of our stay. Their reply was, "Can you try turning the switch off and then turning it back on for the hot water? Let me know if the problem persists." This response was not helpful and did not even specify where the switch was. I seriously question how this property could accommodate six guests. We had to stagger our shower times, limiting each person to a shower of no more than five minutes. Two of us showered in the morning, two in the evening, and one at midnight. After a day spent at the beach, not being able to have a hot shower was extremely frustrating. I would highly recommend against staying here based on this experience.

Nice place

We could have done with more information about the site before we arrived. The deposit was also unexpected and not clear in the booking information on Hotels.com. I was not happy about that!
