Fantastic location relative to the Western U. campus. The staff was helpful. The room was spacious and clean. The breakfast was pretty standard buffet-styled. The only complaint is that the amount of noise (voices/TV) coming through the walls was greater than most hotels that we've stayed in.

Only bad thing was the bed. It was too high. I am barely 5' and getting on and off was difficult. A stool was provided for this purpose, but it had rollers and would not stay in place. I am 83, get up during the night to use the bathroom, so this was not a good experience.
