The tiny home is exclusively yours during your stay, so relax, unwind, and enjoy. Our property is unlike anything else you will find in the Guntersville area! There are a total of 8 tiny houses on our 12 acre property via a large circular gravel driveway. Perfect for fisherman! The guest will access the home using a Smartlock with a code sent shortly before check in located in your inbox check in instructions.

Our staff is available from Monday to Saturday, for 8 hours each day, excluding Sundays and public holidays. However, they can be scheduled to assist you based on your prior request (with a minimum notice of 24 hours). We kindly ask that you respect their designated rest time from 8 pm to 8 am unless it is an emergency situation: i.e. plumbing leak. Please message through the app after hours.

Also, our wonderful neighbors keep an eye on the home, and we truly appreciate their vigilance. We hope you will also value their presence and enjoy the added sense of security they provide.

While we do have monthly pest control that takes care of all manner of insects on the interior and exterior of the home, we simply cannot control every insect in nature. Bugs and other insects are a crucial part of natural ecosystems and play essential roles in various ecological processes, such as pollination, decomposition, and pest control. The over use of pesticides in and around homes can have significant impacts on both these insects and the broader environment. So we strive to balance this knowledge and take care of our valley as responsibly as we can. We want everyone who comes to stay with us to enjoy their time in nature so please take that into consideration when booking.*
