Great staff, top notch service, and beautiful modern interior. The views from the restaurant while dining were spectacular. The food was yummy. Our chosen room had an awesome floor to ceiling window with a full size balcony to sit back and relax whether in or outside. The room was also spacious and nicely designed. My wife and I spent 1 night on board of the grand pioneer 2 (February 25, 2026) . Perfect luxury room ( super clean, panoramic view of Ha Long Bay, fantastic food ( brunch with variety choices ) with à la carte menu for supper). Super nice staff. Very reasonable price including all meals with 2 land excursions. Strongly recommend. Pioneers cruise 3 will be launched within the next 18 months. Can’t wait to come back for a 2 nights cruise. Only one downside : February and March weather in Ha long kind of foggy with drizzle. Summer weather would be best for pictures Louis Montreal, Quebec , Canada
