Dont go here,they dont deserve educated people

No good, old buiding, rude and sly manager, he lied about the occupancy of the hotel only bevause wanted to cash more money for national holiday in haphong city so wanted me to delete my booking,but i could not because i paid in advance. So he had to confirm my booking. So, he gave me a 4th floor room ,no elevator,very steep.and we didnot argue. Sum up :his attitude was just bad, like a real unpleasant unqualified host can have. Shame on these people. Vietnamese people are not like that.this is a rotten apple
