Die Unterkunft war perfekt für unsere Zeit in der Ha Long Bucht. Das Hotel hat uns eine Private Speedboottour organisiert und es hat alles sehr gut geklappt. Vielen Dank an Phat. Awesome room and staff. The hardware is pretty new. There's not much shopping or restaurant in that area. But the hotel has a restaurant on its own. Staff speak good English and always smile at you. Wonderful service.

It’s a very new hotel, so everything is spanking new but some parts of the hotel is still under renovation. Occupancy rate now is very low, so the staff’s attention to customer is beyond this world.
