I seldom write reviews, but do here because of a truly singular experience. Upon first entrance, it appears very little care went in to creating this home. The coffee machine is a Keurig, yet comes with a container of ground coffee. (No cream or sugar) There's a microwave in the dinning room. The rooms are good sized but there are lots of small areas of dirt, such as in the corners, or stickers stuck to walls. The tags are still on some pictures on the walls. The beds have thin, uncomfortable mattresses, come with a thin fleece blanket, no top sheet or coverlets, and mismatching pillowcases. All the run down upholstered furniture was covered so it did not resemble the photos as advertised. The water pressure in the main bathroom sink shoots out at you, spraying you each time. The doorknob fell off the upstairs bathroom. But, worst of all, upon waking, we went to get water for the coffee machine and discovered two live mice in the sink which we quickly trapped there. We felt unable to use the kitchen, as the mice may have contaminated the dishes and surfaces. We had a commitment and were gone all day and were unable to find a hotel for five people on such short notice. So, when we reluctantly returned late that evening, we could see more mice running around the counters when we turned the light on. If we had had any other option we would have left immediately and never looked back!
