Overnight Stay

Good size room, check in on line for personal details but could not pay, after a few tries went to the hotel door and the system worked fist time and delivered the key. Slept well but was woken early by the construction site to the rear of the property at about 7.30am. Nice small terrace off the room giving a partial view towards the lake, the hand rail on this could do with some repair as very wobbly. Overall a pleasant overnight stay although woken early

We enjoyed our stay because it was a reasonable price, clean rooms, and easy check-in. Nothing fancy, but comfortable. You have to go next door for breakfast but they are friendly and serve a great breakfast. When we got to the hotel parking was easy but in the evening it can get crowded. I did find parking on the side street just past the speed camera which was fine. Checking in was simple and checking out was also easy. We never did see any other staff on the property other than the woman taking care of the rooms. We walked everywhere in Hagnau with no problem which was nice.

I am well travelled, and are used to booking hotels and different properties, as I am also the owner of some in my home country. It however was the first time i tried a 24h self-checking. I can confirm that IT DOES NOT WORK. When i arrived at the property, i was not provided any details to access the room by the owner, and when using their heckin at the door I was charged again! We tried contaxting the owner and no response. I am now fighting with Expedia and VISA to get reimbursed, the owner is not agreeing although was paid twice. Really disapponted in the owners, VISA and Expedia.

The customer service is awful if you have a problem no one is ghere to assist you. I had a situation and nobody answered me and I ended up with no customer support whatsoever. Terrible

Unsauberes und altes kaputtes Zimmer/Bad...wie in einer alten Pension. BettwĂ€sche nicht gebĂŒgelt Das Zimmer wird nicht gereinigt und das Bett nicht gemacht HandtĂŒcher alt und beschĂ€digt Drei Spinnen nach draußen begleitet; kein Wunder, wenn die Spinnwebe nicht entfernt werden Wenn man Wasserkocher und Teetassen anbietet und die Tassen fĂŒr drei Tagen halten sollen, dann sollten diese keine Pappbecher sein (sind sogar nicht mal umweltfreundlich), sondern Keramikbecher, ansonsten sorgt man dafĂŒr, dass es genĂŒgend Pappbecher fĂŒr drei Tage zur VerfĂŒgung stehen Fliesenfugen mit Schimmel Silikon an der Dusche beschĂ€digt WĂ€nde schnutzig Matratze fleckig Und fĂŒr den Preis ist nicht mal ein FrĂŒhstĂŒck inklusiv WofĂŒr die 15€/Tag fĂŒr einen Hund, wenn das Zimmer nicht mal gereinigt wird; falls man einen Hundebett mit frischen BettwĂ€schen wĂŒrde ich ja verstehen... Das Waschbecken ist die perfekte Höhe fĂŒr Kinder aber leider nicht fĂŒr Erwachsene Das Drei König Hotel ist keine 50 Meter sondern 270 Meter entfernt. Die Fotos auf der Website entsprechen nicht der Wahrheit, was unserem Zimmer angeht. Das Preis/Leistung VerhĂ€ltnis ist gar nicht gerechtfertigt, das ist eine Abzocke!

Point positif, l emplacement est top. Par contre pas mal de point negatif. Pas de volets mais simple rideau sur une des fenetre, une des fenetres n'a ni rideau ni volets donc des que le sole se leve, les enfants sont reveillés par la lumiere du jour. Sures photos de l'établissement on voit une cuisine mais notre chambre nen avait pas. Peut etre dans une autre chambre suite a une erreur de note part lors de la réservation. Possibilite davoir un petit dejeuner dans un hotel voisin, il est annoncé a 50 metres mais c'est plutot 300 metres. Les lits ne sont pas confortables et il n'y avait pas de climatisation, il faisait donc au minimum 29 30 degrés dans la chambre. Je ne recommande pas pour un sejour familiale

Zum GlĂŒck nicht lĂ€nger als drei NĂ€chte.

Wir waren fĂŒr 3 NĂ€chte vor Ort. Negativ : Das Zimmer entsprach nicht den Fotos. Sehr altes und dreckiges Bad. An den WĂ€nden und Fugen im Bad Schimmel. Alles voll Kalk in der Dusche. Spinnweben im TĂŒrrahmen. Schlechter/ muffiger Geruch egal wie viel man lĂŒftet. Muffige und feuchte HandtĂŒcher. Sehr kleines Zimmer und Bad. SelbststĂ€ndiger Checkin dauerte ewig, da dort falsche Angaben bezĂŒglich des Preises gespeichert waren. Positiv: Lage in der NĂ€he vom See und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Direkter Zugang zur Terasse. ( sieht auch nicht wie auf den Bildern aus). TerassengelĂ€nder ist lebensgefĂ€hrlich. Bett ist bequem 👍

Das Zimmer war sehr verstaubt, Haare lagen in der Dusche, das WC und Waschbecken hatten Risse. FĂŒr eine Nacht ok abde das wars dann.

Nicht wie im Internet beschrieben. Kein FrĂŒhstĂŒck mit inbegriffen. Kein B&B! MĂ€ngel in beiden Zimmern. In einem funktionierte der Fernseher nicht. Das eine Bad hatte keinen SchlĂŒssel, die andere BadezimmertĂŒr hat sich nicht9 richtig schließen können. Die Wasserkpcjer waren beide ekelig und dreckig. Ebenso eine Duschbrause und Wasserhahn. Bestimmt wird es beim nĂ€chsten Mal am Bodensee nicht das FliegerhĂ€ussle werden. Schade, ich hab mich sehr gefreut!
