A very enjoyable stay. The staff here are the friendliest staff I’ve ever encountered at any restaurant in any part of the world. Always taking their time to listen to your questions and concerns. Very quick to come up with solutions or stopping what they are doing to meet your needs. Staff here speaks very gently and always polite with great manners. They are multilingual, I’ve heard them speak Korean, Vietnamese and English fluently. Great laundry service, you put your dirty clothes in a basket that they give you, leave it outside your hotel room in the morning, and they return it clean, smelling fresh and neatly organized. Price for the laundry service was great compared to other hotels I’ve stayed at. The area is great, looks to be an area in Hai Phong that has lots of Korean, Japanese and Chinese restaurants surrounding. But also lots of Vietnamese cuisine. Lots of coffee places to choose from, including a Starbucks at the end of the street. Hotel room is always kept clean, they had water bottles in the hotel room for us to buy and pay for later. They seen we were drinking lots of the water, so next time they left us 4 bottles instead of the usual 2. And the prices of the bottles were just like in the market. So this to me was really good. Staff are at the front desk 24 hours, we parked our motorbikes outside the front door, and there was always someone there to watch overnight. Safe area to be in all day long.

Dissapointed hotell standard 😳

We didn’t stay in the hotel, after checking in we went to the room and I could see the disappointment from we came to the main entrance of the hotel.. so I booked a new hotel only 15 minutes away. The hotel standard may have been at the top 25 years ago, but it really need an upgrade, even though the price is quite low.
