EXPEDIAで予約完了後、チェックインに部屋が無いと言われました。 このあとが最悪です。 ホテルへ30万ドン（約1500円）直接払えば部屋は用意すると直接取引を提案してきました。 こちらは既にexpediaへ返金不可の条件で支払済と伝えると、 expediaのサービスセンターへホテル側が電話をして、expediaへの部屋の用意はないと伝えていたようです。 私に電話を変わり、expedia側から上記の説明を受け、expediaとオテル側の起因でキャンセルとさせて頂き、請求は取り消しする旨の案内を受けたため、了承し他のホテルへ泊まることに。。。 ところが請求がしかっりカード会社に計上されており、相殺目的のマイナス請求も未だ確認できていません。 ホテルの直取引の提案、expediaのキャンセル未処理、双方に怒りを覚えてます。
