Welcome to this charming house in Hailey. Located at the North end of Hailey in the Northridge neighborhood ( on the side of Hailey that is closer to Ketchum/Sun Valley), the custom-built home is on a quiet residential street with other quality homes and it is just minutes from Hailey's ample and quality shopping and dining, and just 11 miles from the resort communities of Ketchum and Sun Valley which also have fine dining, shopping and entertainment. And world-famous Bald Mountain skiing is just minutes away. Dollar Mountain is close as well with great lessons for beginning skiers. The surrounding the Wood River Valley is seemingly wilderness forever throughout Central Idaho, a winter and summer wonderland for outdoor enthusiasts!

This home has three bedrooms, a Master Suite, and two guest rooms. The Master suite has a gas fireplace, and the Master Bath has a soaking tub, a separate shower for two, and a bidet. One Guest room has a king sized bed while the other guest room has two extra long twin beds. There is a Jack and Jill bath connecting the two guest rooms. There is a gas fireplace in the Dining room and a Gas fireplace in the living room creating a cozy feeling in both rooms. The kitchen is a chefs delight.
