This beautiful 4 bedroom, 4.5 bathroom single family home is located in the quiet Balmoral resort within Haines city, 40 minutes drive from Orlando International airport and 1 hour from Tampa International airport.

Included in your stay is access to the Balmoral resort which offers many amenities such as resort pool, water park, splash playground, cabanas, hot tub, fire pit, games room, boardwalk, sandbar and fitness center.

Within a short driving distance there are plenty of fast food outlets, dine in restaurants and supermarkets to meet all of your needs.

This lakeside home is the perfect blend of luxury and comfort , the property has a split floor plan, the first master bedroom is on the ground floor with en-suite bathroom. Another master bedroom is located on the 1st floor, along with a twin and a double bedroom. All bedrooms have en-suites bathrooms and televisions.

The kitchen is fully equipped with cooker, hob, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, fridge with ice making capability, plates, cutlery, pans, glasses, mugs, etc
