Get ready to relax in this 2-bedroom, 2 bath villa in Haines City Florida. Steps away from the heated community pool. This villa has a huge screened in lanai for you to relax in comfort. The villa features two bedrooms with brand new QUEEN beds and mattresses perfect for a comfortable night’s sleep. Guests enjoy two full bathrooms, each with a refreshing shower. A handy hair dryer is available. Brand new toilet in the master bathroom 3/26. Stay cool or cozy with AC and heating throughout the villa plus an electric fireplace to take the chill off of cool mornings and add ambience to the villa. Whether you’re unwinding after a day of exploring or just hanging out, this fantastic villa offers a nice balance of comfort and convenience. A coffee bar with Keurig coffee machine and Quisinart coffee pot available. We have 2024 front loading washing machine and dryer in our villa with a small area for your detergent. Ground floor end unit Villa with zero stairs and close to pool, pickleball and parking (just steps away.) full kitchen with stainless appliances and all your cooking needs available. We currently have a number of spices in our cupboard, salt and pepper, packets of all kinds of sugars and substitutes, honey for tea, packets of catsup, mustard and mayo as well as some laundry detergent in laundry closet for your use. TV’s in each bedroom on the walls and a large TV in the living room. The villa is equipped with pickleball paddles, books and games as well as cards and a puzzle. Other items can be borrowed from the community library located at the pool. Shopping and dining is minutes away on main highway 27. Located near Port 27 eatery; Bok Towers, Legoland and Peppa Pig theme parks and many more destinations. Lots of interesting shops, restaurants and destinations within 15 minutes. Located on Lake Marion with Golf nearby. Aspenwood is part of the Grenelefe properties. Criminal background checks for guests under the age of 70 help keep our community safe. The community has 86 units and we are off of the main highway a few minutes but close to the many needs you may have. Our community requires a 30 day stay. Owner is available anytime to answer questions and has responded to property reviews with action so future guests will enjoy upgrades made from prior guests. Constantly improving, this is a HOME not a hotel and we invite you to consider a stay with us if you like what you see. Pictures accurately reflect the current villa decorating. We use an electronic door locking system and will assign you an entry code for your stay. There is absolutely no smoking or pets in the villa or lanai. We appreciate your cooperation. Thank you

Lovely lady managing the property. Best thing about the property was the pool. Worst thing was the beds and over abundance of tchotchkes and stuff everywhere. We had a lot of problems with the water and freezing and there’s still things they need to iron out like the freezer door not opening to be able to get your stuff into. High price for average utility. The owner was great at responding and trying to help.
