Beautiful home on a great golf course

Our stay at this home was fantastic. The pool was just perfect for our family stay and the home was very enjoyable. Hurricane Debby rolled through so we had one day in during our 2 week stay, but it's Florida, weather can change in an instant. The home was very clean, and located within the beautiful Southern Dunes golf course. Played 2 great rounds and the house backs on to the 3rd hole. Kitchen was perfect for us with great appliances. the area is very quiet, with all the amenities within a 5 minute drive. If you are looking for proximity to Disney, its about a 45-60min drive, as you have to deal with the constant I4 traffic which is always horrendous. our recommendation is head West and spend the day in Tampa. the home is centralized to Anna Maria/Clearwater beach and to Daytona/Vero Beaches. Looking at a 1.5hr drive to either. Only issue we had was the pillows could be replaced, but we just went to Walmart and bought a few to use.

A True Gem!

Everything from check in to check out was amazing. Owner was quick to respond to questions, a coffee maker replacement, etc - the house was perfect for a family of 5 - everything (appliances & furniture) was in great shape & functional - located in a gated community with a Walmart and dollar store just before the entrance. Definately need a car to get around to Disney, universal are a ways away - but the area is nice & quiet compared to closer to town. On a golf course - paths for nightly family walks. Hoping to rent from Brian again next year.
