Villa Sixteen Southern Dunes

This beautiful vacation villa is located within the prestigious Southern Dunes gated community in Central Florida. There are two en-suite master bedrooms and two twin singles. So, there is plenty of room for up to eight people to stay. The 30ft x15ft private pool is set in an extended deck area and backs west with unparalleled panoramic views of the sixteenth fairway and fabulous sunsets. Great for relaxing after a day at the parks or shopping.

All rooms are well furnished and feel like a home away from home. The large master bedroom has a Queen-size bed walk in closet and en-suite bathroom. The second master bedroom also has a queen-size bed together with en-suite facilities. The third and fourth bedrooms both have two single beds in each and share the house bathroom.

This vacation villa is in the Southern Dunes Golf & Country Club Community, which is an immaculately kept and secure complex which maintains a 24-hour manned gate, making this a safe place to stay. There are community swimming pools, tennis courts, a gym, library and children’s playground. Virtually everything is on hand with a Super-Walmart, Winn-Dixie supermarkets and a large variety of restaurants a minute away. Golfers will be in heaven on the Southern Dunes award-winning course, simply pay and play (electric buggies included). Also new, The Barn TopTracer Driving Range with state-of-the-art tech. The Club House serves wonderful family lunch, dinner and a fabulous Sunday brunch.
