Lovely stay

We are a couple who stayed in one of the cottages. We had a lovely check in which included homemade cookies. The cabin its self is well decorated and most definitely the cleanest hotel room I have ever stayed in. The gas fire pit on a timer was perfect. We had some minor cons which we felt could be easily accommodated. We wish there we ceramic mugs for the coffee/tea/espresso in the room . We wished there were more options for eating on premise. Breakfast was very carb heavy (I do have to note the scones were delicious) and the most disappointing was the coffee. It was weak and watery and bothersome to drive 10 mins to get a cappuccino. A lunch options such as a soup and salad would have been perfect. We stayed with the intention of staying on property as much as possible but had to leave to eat. Please don’t let our cons prevent you from enjoying this sweet place.
