Nice spa to relax, though the water temperature was not as warm as stated. The surly spa attendant used her fingers as a thermometer, this is a four star hotel which cannot afford a thermometer. Water temperature needs to be higher to enjoy the spa experience. Food was fairly good, especially the soups.

Comfortable and clean

Clean and comfortable hotel at a great location and in a short walking distance of the thermal baths. Both, the breakfast and dinner provided good selections, and the service was excellent.

Short holiday

The staff was very polite and well trained, except for one waitress at the main dining room who greeted us as we'd been children (sziasztok) despite being an adult couple in their early 30's, it's just unacceptable to me regardless of how young / old we are. The SPA is small yet cozy and very well designed, if I could see well from our balcony there was an ongoing construction of - probably - a greater size outside (swimming?) pool, if it's true, then it really is a good and welcomed news. The meal selection during dinner was tasty with sufficient choices, though breakfast was sufficient too, I could've imagined more warm food other than basic scrambled eggs and sunny-side-ups, for example baked beans, classical hungarian ratatouille (made of onions tomato and paprika), that is a staple breakfast offering at most better / upscale (4-5*) hungarian hotels. Also a egg-station with egg dishes on demand would be highly appreciated. Generally the beverage pricing is pretty reasonable compared to other hotels in the same league. The hotel couldn't be better, as it sits right in the main street of this lovely little town, couple of hundred meters from the main entrance of the public SPA complex, that consists of 3 main facilities: the summer only operating Aqua Park, the Aqua Palace and the Thermal Spa with healing natural thermal water, the two latter facilities and open all around the year. I'd return and recommend this hotel to those who visit Hajdúszoboszló.

Отель оставил приятные впечатления. Красивое здание, везде чисто и опрятно. Интерьер со вкусом оформлен, приятно и комфортно находиться. Везде картины, красивые вазы. Ощущение что находишься в богатом особняке. Номера в отеле большие, чисто убрано, все есть, включая кухонный уголок. Посуда, кастрюли, кружки бокалы, можно готовить. Балкон с уголком отдыха, сушилка для белья. А главное в номере тепло и уютно. Питание. Кормят в отеле вкусно, видно что повара стараются. Единственное, практически все блюда немного пересолены. Но как мы в итоге поняли, это особенность венгерской кухни. Хороший выбор блюд, много фруктов, мороженое на ужин. Брали завтраки и ужины, очень довольны. За ужином напитки за дополнительную умеренную плату. Персонал доброжелательный, спокойный и хорошо знают своё дело. Единственное, не очень профессиональные сотрудники на ресепшене. Также страдает знание английского языка. В отеле есть прекрасная спа зона, разные парилки, бассейны, джакузи. А главное два бассейна с целебной минеральной водой. Много народу конечно, но мы попали в выходные, а этот курорт излюбленное место для венгров. Также есть кабинеты для оздоровительных процедур и всевозможных видов массажа. Массаж 50 мин. около 30 евро. Находится отель на главной развлекательной улице города, где расположены практически все отели и рестораны. В самом городе конечно делать особо нечего, сюда приезжают в основном для оздоровления и прекрасного воздуха. Если попаду снова в этот город, то выберу этот отель
