Staff was very kind & helpful, I liked that when we ate breakfast it was in our own little private section. We also got complementary drinks because of our Expedia status. Onsen was a good size for 2 people as well, view was amazing. Loved relaxing here.

Room with the private onsen on balcony was sooo nice. However, a little more privacy on balcony and with the bathroom would be nicer. Staff was ver nice but obviously not Japanese. That was a let down for me. Staff

When the meals were multicourse, a server has brought the next course before the previous course would completely consumed. A very early after receiving that first course. The toilets apparently run all night long and flush independently.Waking you up from a gentle sleep.

The hotel staff really tried but are very under trained. This is not somewhere where you go for Japanese hospitality. Dinner and breakfast services both felt rushed and the overall dining pairing was questionable for a traditional kaiseiki experience. There are way better options in the area and this was a big miss for us.

Legitimately the best hotel I've ever stayed at. Top tier service from time of entry, very clean facility, and food served at dinner and breakfast were excellent. My partner and I were surprised at how comfortable the beds were.

The service was fantastic, everyone was very helpful and kind. We really enjoyed the quiet and spacious room + private onsen. The dinner on the first night was perfectly balanced and one of our best experiences in Japan, but the dinner on the second night was a little disappointing. Too much meats + the hot pot Wagyu without any sauce was not very appetizing. Overall we loved our stay and would recommend this hotel.
