Thank you very much for staying at our hotel. All rooms at our ryokan are equipped with a private hot spring bath with mountain views. You can enjoy hot springs while admiring the beautiful scenery. That is our hotel's greatest strength. The concept and interior design are different from traditional inns. Most of the employees are also foreigners. We will strive to learn Japanese service and give back to our customers. Japanese kaiseki cuisine is served for dinner. Kaiseki is a traditional Japanese cooking method that uses plenty of seafood. It can also be used as a snack for drinks or as a hospitality dish. Each item is seasoned with soup stock (seafood stock, etc.), and the presentation is beautiful. I understand that foreign guests don't like it. However, as a ryokan, we would like you to experience our cuisine. Please note that the dishes prepared by the Japanese chef are not completely vegetarian. We may not be able to accommodate even advance requests. If you have dietary restrictions, we recommend staying at a hotel that offers buffet meals. It's good because you can eat your favorite food whenever you want.
