We specialize in high end mahogany furnishings, 4 poster canopy beds, high end mattresses, interesting art work, and making your stay feel as comfortable as possible. The Halifax Commons is approx. a 10 minute walk (a great spot to skate on our Halifax Oval in the winter or roller blade in the summer). Huge area for picnic's, skate board park, playground, baseball fields, walking areas. Public Gardens, Halifax Library, Museums, Live Theater, Cinemas, Halifax Waterfront, Art Galleries, Point Pleasant Park, The Dingle Park, Chocolate Lake for swimming are all within a 5 to 10 minute drive. Many of these locations are within walking distance though. Full kitchen with coffee, various teas, hot chocolate, and snacks to get you started. Lovely area in the kitchen to have your morning coffee and meals- windows on 3 sides of the table to allow the sun to shine in and start your day. One bedroom has a 4 poster queen bed and an original brick fireplace(non operational) but adds lovely ambience to the room . This bedroom also offers a cozy daybed for a child or someone who is 5'6" or under. 2nd bedroom has a high end beautiful mahogany 4 poster bed. Living room offers a queen size pull out sofa, and an electric fireplace to enjoy on cold evenings. There is also a lovely deck off this room facing the rear yard for your enjoyment. Bathroom is a lovely art deco style, offering a separate bath tub and a separate shower.
