The room was very nice looking. We had an issue with the toilet and had to take the back off to reset the ball each time to flush. It was disappointing that the tv was not a smart tv. The gym was excellent. $50 additional a night for parking was a lot.

Excellent room with a fantastic view of the citadel and river, staff were all very friendly and helped out when we needed them. The only slight criticism is not having any milk in the room and having to ask for it to make a simple cup of tea. Not a major issue though!

Overpriced. We spent a lot of money in the room, but don't feel we got any value for that price. The valet parking was ridiculous. Be prepared to wait a very, very long time for your car...and the valet guys oversell as soon as you pull up. To their credit, the property refunded our money, but I would rather better service than a refund for bad service. Will look elsewhere when I return to the area. Beautiful hotel, just not worth the price.
