Huset fremstod ikke rengjort. Fedtet kaffemaskine med støv og fedt på, store nullermænd i hjørner og efterladt strømpe under lænestol og hylster fra læbepomade ved toiletspand på badeværelset. Der var knap nok vand til at fylde badekaret, og efterfølgende var det ikke muligt at få varmt bad. Det måtte vi vente med til dagen efter. Blandingsbatteri i brus virkede ikke. Sommerhus ligger i god stille og ferdig område og forholdsvis tæt på vandet.
