This was one of the best hotels we’ve ever stayed at. Simply outstanding. The only recommendation I would make is provide made to order omelettes and fried eggs for breakfast.

I recommend this place

The room was nice and comfortable, but the abcense of a door in a bathroom was a little bit strange. The staff was very nice and helpful. We had a small issue in our bathroom and they solved quickly. The breakfast was reach and fresh.

Excellent Hotel located right in the heart of Hamburg. Super clean, they have excellent parking, staff are friendly. The washroom is nice, great shower. Lots of cafes, restaurants nearby.

El hotel esta en una zona muy guapa de la ciudad. Una zona con un contraste de edificaciones modernas y antiguos edificios de los almacenes. Puedes ir caminando a muchos lugares de interés. El hotel tiene habitaciones que dan al canal y otras hacia el frente del hotel ( calle ) nosotros nos hospedamos en las que dan a la calle y no sentimos ningún ruido. El staff muy amable, el desayuno muy rico y variado.

What a lovely place! The staff are all professional and welcoming. The building itself is beautiful, historic, and it is well situated in town. I’m tempted to go back to Hamburg soon just to stay here again. First rate!

Great stay.

Location great, right on waterways beautiful setting. Walk into main city centre not far, hop on hop off bus tour on other side of road. Lots of restaurants near by to eat. Hotel staff v friendly and helpful. Room overlooking waterways was superb. Recommend a stay here.
