So, location is good. But… the hotel had a lot of problems. Lifts broken on arrival so only stairs available (you had to go outside to get to them) glad to be on first floor and only one lift out of two working over weekend. Pool not working properly - only find out when water is freezing “yes heat pump not working”… Room was ok but… booking for three (2 adults / 1 child) and only towels etc for two and sofa bed not made up and no bedding in room. This could have been because of confusion at check in. When presented with check in form, only my name was correct - everything else wrong. Staff very confused but eventually managed to sort it. We understand that the lift, pool etc not their fault but this time wasn’t good value compared to the last time we stayed. Shame really

Hotel was modern and clean - helpful staff and easily walkable to the old town, the river and the Reeperbahn. The area was quiet with a shop and bakery on the corner. Swimming pool a nice addition. The hotel was very good and good value - would stay again

A home away from home

Sabrina was amazing with us. She helped so much get us all settled in and gave us a drink upon arrival. Even though their pool was not usable they transferred us by taxi at their cost to another Adina Unit about 10 minutes away and back. Once we figured out how to use the washer and dryer it was fabulous to have one in our until to be able to do our laundry. The kitchen was a full kitchen and saves us money as well. The breakfast offers was fantastic and had a wide choice of options. It definitely felt like a home away from home.

Es un hotel muy bien situado, está a dos calles de varios restaurantes, un súper, una farmacia. La zona es tranquila. Está a 15 minutos caminado de la Filarmónica del Elba. Las camas y su ropa de cama son muy cómodas. El desayuno está completo y la amabilidad de su personal es excelente.

Great Stay!

Very nice apartments and comfortable facilities. Front desk also very helpful . Location is good too! We were 10 minutes away from the Centrum. Definitely recommend Adina Apartments.

New & modern w/ fantastic facilities and rooms.

Lovely! Very new and modern, with amazing facilities, very comfortable rooms with every amenity I could think of. Vastly exceeded my expectations. Would 100% stay here again. Easy walk to a number of Hamburg's main attractions. Wish I'd had more time there. The ONLY negative: On-site parking is available, but very expensive (40EUR/day).
