Perfect location

Great setup. Five comparable rooms each with privacy. The location could not be better. So close to easy public transportation to get to main train station and St Pauli. Grocery store and restaurants all within two blocks. Host was there to check us in and answer all our questions. Would stay here again without question. Starter drinks in the fridge when we arrived. Book this place if you are in Hamburg.

Exceptional Apartment

We really had a spectacular stay here. Best check-in instructions I've ever had. SUPER convenient to train stations. Grocery store is close. Beds were comfortable. Rooms are spacious. Communication with Marco(host) was top-notch. We loved it and would not hesitate to stay here again or recommend it to friends or family.

Tolle Wohnung, sehr netter Vermieter

Die Ferienwohnung ist schön hell und für größere Gruppen super! Für Gruppen ist nur wichtig zu wissen, dass es kein festes Wohnzimmer oder größeren Esstisch gibt. Aber für unseren Zweck haben wir das auch nicht gebraucht. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter hat super funktioniert und auch der Check-in war total einfach. Bei Fragen war der Vermieter sofort erreichbar und hat sich sofort darum gekümmert! Wir sind der glücklich, diese Wohnung gefunden zu haben und kommen gerne wieder!

Absolut empfehlenswert

Wir waren 9 Personen (2 Senioren, eine Familie mit 2 Kindern, eine Familie mit einem Teenager) und haben uns alle sehr wohlgefühlt. Die 5 Schlafzimmer waren perfekt für uns. Wir haben nicht gekocht, daher kann ich zur Ausstattung der Küche nichts sagen. Die Lage der Wohnung ist super. Direkt an einer U-Bahn-Station, in ca 15 Min ist man am Hafen. Die Regeln sind sehr streng, aber nachvollziehbar in einer Stadt, wo vermutlich die meisten Junggesell(inn)enabschiede Deutschlands gefeiert werden. Wir hatten nichts zu bemängeln.

Bon séjour.. mais que de règles !

Un appartement bien situé et une communication aisée avec le loueur. Mais je n'ai jamais vu de location avec autant de règles à suivre, une caméra vidéo dans l'entrée, des machines à laver dans l'appartement et l'interdiction de s'en servir même quand on loue tout le bien et qu'on vient en famille.. On ne doit même pas laver de vaisselle dans l'évier mais utiliser le lave vaisselle, prendre un coca dans le frigo oui mais le payer 2 euros 50 avec interdiction de remplir alors que la même canette coûte 3 fois moins au Aldi local et j'en passe. Bref des étiquettes avec des règles dans tous les coins ! Ce fut un peu extrême comme expérience de location.

Tolle Unterkunft

Super Lage und sehr sauber. Sehr freundliche Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter. Vollends zufrieden. Kochmöglichkeiten für zwei vierköpfige Familien sind zwar etwas beschränkt, die Zimmer sind aber genial. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen!

Wochenende in Hamburg

Die Unterkunft ist perfekt für eine größere Gruppe, die Betten sind über mehrere Zimmer verteilt so das man sich gut aufteilen kann, währen man immer wieder in der zentral gelegenen Küche zusammen findet. Alles war sauber und man hat sich wohl gefühlt. Mit der U-Bahn Haltestelle direkt vor der Tür lässt sich Hamburg auch einfach erkunden. Wir waren rundum zufrieden.

Grosse Wohnung mit gut ausgestatteten Zimmern

Die Zimmer sind sehr gut ausgestattet, alles benötigte war vorhanden. Freundlicher Vermieter, hat sich regelmässig nach Wohlbefinden erkundigt und fehlendes prompt geliefert. Die Lage der Wohnung ist grundsätzlich gut, während unseres Ferienaufenthaltes war jedoch eine der nahegelegenen U-Bahnstationen wegen Umbaus geschlossen. Tipp für zukünftige Mieter: informiert euch vorgängig bei der HVV über etwaig gesperrte bzw. umgeleitete U-Bahn-Linien.

Skøn lejlighed og venlig vært

Ferieboligen er skøn og sengene gode. Marco var en skøn vært, og god til at svare på spørgsmål. :) Vi har været meget glade for vores ophold hos Marco. Vil vi til Hamborg igen, så vil vi klart gerne bo hos Marco igen. :) Det var rimelig nemt at finde parkering, og vi brugte slet ikke vores bil mens vi var der, da vi nemt kunne tage u-banen rundt. Da den ligger lige under lejligheden. Der er både spisesteder, indkøb, legeplads og shopping tæt på.

Unser Urlaub

Wir waren 3 Nächte in der Ferienwohnung und waren voll und ganz zufrieden. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter und dem Eigentümer war super und es gab keine Probleme. Die Wohnung war sauber mit ausreichend großen Zimmern. Sehr gut ist außerdem die Lage, man ist gut mit der S und U-Bahn angebunden und ist schnelle im Zentrum Hamburgs. Lediglich die Küche war etwas klein. Da wir aber den ganzen Tag in Hamburg unterwegs waren, hat uns dies nicht sonderlich gestört. Wir würden wieder kommen :)

Idealer Ausgangspunkt um Hamburg zu entdecken

Wir hatten für unsere Familie viel Platz und die Wohnung diente uns als ein idealer Ausgangspunkt, um Hamburg zu entdecken. Die Lage direkt an der U-Bahn ist super. Die Wohnung hat alles was man so braucht. Und in der nahen Umgebung haben wir alles gefunden, was wir für unsere Versorgung nötig war.

Unser Hamburg-Urlaub

Die Wohnung ist modern eingerichtet und zentral gelegen mit der U-Bahn direkt vor der Tür. Wir hatten einen schönen Blick auf Hamburg und viel Platz zum Relaxen nach den anstrengenden Stadtbesichtigungen. In der Umgebung findet man alles für's Wohlergehen. Die Woche Urlaub war perfekt!

Zeer prettig verblijf dicht bij centrum Hamburg . Zeer ruim, licht en rustig. Leuk om aan de voorkant op de kussens in het raam te zitten en zo de reuring van de straat bekijken.

Super Appartment

Wir waren zu zehnt für ein Wochenende in Hamburg und sind auf dieses Objekt gestoßen. Öffentlich ist es sehr leicht zu erreichen und es gibt nichts auszusetzen. Es ist sauber, geräumig und sehr schön eingerichtet. Zusätzlich gibt eine Minibar, wobei diese nicht „Mini“ ist. Es handelt sich um einen großen Kühlschrank der mit Bier, Wasser, Softdrinks und auch Milch und Fruchtsäften zu sehr moderaten Preisen bestückt ist. Wir können diese Ubterkunft nur wärmstens empfehlen, da auch der Kontakt zum Vermieter sehr unkompliziert verlaufen ist und dieser sich auch während unserer Reise nach unserem Wohlbefinden erkundigt hat.

God og velbeliggende bolig

Lejligheden er godt indrettet med lyse og venlige rum. Den er centralt beliggende og med gide indkøbsmuligheder. Alt fungerede fint. Vi blev budt velkommen med en flaske vin og slik.

Toll!

Wir waren mit 11 Familienmitgliedern aus drei Generationen für drei Nächte in dem Appartement. Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen und es hat alles super gepasst. Ein kleiner Schaden, den wir dem Vermieter gemeldet hatten, wurde prompt in unserer Abwesenheit repariert. Auch sonst war die Kommunikation mit den Vermieter unkompliziert und angenehm. Die Anbindung des Appartements ist perfekt, man ist innerhalb von Minuten in der U-Bahn und nach nur drei /vier Stationen dort, wo das Hamburger Leben tobt. Wir kommen gerne wieder! Danke!
