There was nothing I could criticize. It was my first time in Hamburg, and I chose this place based on the reviews. We stayed for three nights with two children, and the location was perfect. If you make a list of places to see in Hamburg, you can walk from here to every place in the top 10. The train station and subways are only a 2-3 minute walk from the hotel. The room was very clean. The furnishings and amenities were spotless. The person who greeted us at the entrance (I forgot his name) had excellent communication skills and was very warm and sincere. The other hotel staff were also very polite. Three nights in Hamburg isn't enough time to see everything, so we're thinking of coming back, and I can already say for sure that we'll stay here again.

Twin beds joined to make a double were incredibly cheap and uncomfortable. One had a plastic mattress protector! Pillow mass was virtually non-existent making for an appalling night's sleep

Spacious, clean modern apartment

Spacious 2 bedroom apartment for 4 adults and 2 children. Hand the basic essentials for a trip in Hamburg to dine in for any meal. Very warm during the cold temperatures outside. Easy check in and check out. Would recommend for a great city break.

Excellent customer service, especially from the lovely hotel manager who helped us park our car and gave a lot of information about Hamburg. He was very nice to all of our family - including our 2 teenagers. We were there for the Christmas Markets and the location was perfect. Great coffee shop on the corner close by is recommended for breakfast. Room was great and had everything we needed. It was clean and quiet. Close to shops, sights and I would definitely stay again.

Good location but little noisy in the night.
