Broken useless wifi, unhelpful staff
Absolutely abysmal experience. Had no internet the entire stay even though it was advertised as having it. Just like every hotel since 2005 should, never mind 2025! I brought 4 devices most of which I could not use as intended due to no connection. I paid for 7 nights in a room with internet, I did not receive that.
When you bring it up with staff they couldn't care less. They either ignore you, imply that it's your fault, or just shrug it off and don't offer to look into it all. I'm a network engineer so I know what I'm talking about when I say a network has a problem. Completely unacceptable. Stay away from this place and it's lazy and patronising staff.
Bonus problem: They're also too lazy to even check you in, they make you use a stupid wall-mounted touchscreen machine which doesn't even work right to re-enter all the same details you gave when you booked your stay. It takes a few minutes and feels like an eternity when you have to keep your arm raised high to type. Extra bonus: In the middle of entering everything it randomly just reset my progress and went back to the beginning!
