I didn’t stay in the hotel because they didn’t have elevator on the street level, me and my wife can’t use stairs which is very long so I asked them to cancel they said to contact you for cancellation

Decent hotel right next to Hamburg station. The road it’s on is a bit sketchy, full of junkies and refugees sleeping rough, but if you’re a solo traveller as I was it’s easy enough to navigate around and you can quickly walk to the awesome bits of Hamburg or jump on the metro. Staff were helpful and all spoke good English. Room was clean and bed was comfy. Would stay again.

This is a budget hotel, very central but in a poor neighbourhood with risky streets at night. Extra cost for breakfast is not worth it, use local cafes and restaurants instead

It was extremely inconvenience. But we had to push a service button for door to open. There were stairs you had to go to 1st floor to get to the elevator no one was there to help you to take your suitcase to the 1st floor that is where the office was, there is a camera But they see there are 2 ladies coming up the stairs with suitcase.
