worst experience ever

Throughout my life, I can confidently say that this hotel was the worst I’ve ever stayed at. Starting with its terrible location in the scariest part of Hamburg, and the curtains stained with what appeared to be blood—it was a nightmare. There was no elevator, and no one offered to help with our luggage. We deeply regret staying at this hotel and are shocked by the number of positive reviews. I question whether they were genuine or if those reviewers even stayed at the same hotel because our experience was nothing like theirs.

Liked: Very convenient location a few steps from the subway. Lots of bars and clubs around. Disliked: Noise at night, but that's not a big problem. Very poor Wi-Fi and your own mobile connection is jammed. Shower room without separate cubicles and curtains.

This was my second time staying at this hotel. The best thing about it is the location. It’s the perfect location if you’re staying in the Reeperbahn and it’s right next to the train stop. I would stay here again.

Give yourself a favor and don't sleep there

So noisy we couldn't sleep an hour... We hates ourselves for booking this place just because it was slightly cheaper than other hotels in the neighborhood. Terrible choice.

Hotel is ok, but in summer room is like a sauna

The hotel is overall just ok. The main issues are the noise and excessive heat in summer. The room not only doesn't have a fan or AC (which I knew) but seems to be built to keep heat inside. It therefore was often hotter in the room than outside. In order to prevent complete heat exhaustion, you must keep the windows open. It is a bit noisy however. Otherwise it might be better to stay there during the colder months. I suggest the hotel make some efforts to install fans at a minimum, or AC if they can.

The room was clean and in a good location. The issues for me was that it was a 4 floor walkup and we had the 4th floor, also there was no air conditioning or even a fan to circulate the air. For the price it should have had these basics
