The room was very fine and clean. The view and the lokation was very good. but the room very cold. The outside temperature was very low while we stayed there. But We could’nt change the Temperature in the room. We asked the receptionist for help. Hid did something on at computer. But the roomtemperature did’nt change. So not Quite satisfied.

Easy check-in procedure. Friendly and helpful staff and a very nice, clean and quiet room. Would have been nice if the room was equipped with a kettle and some instant coffee/tea for the evening, since the hotel's restaurant is only open for breakfast.

Decent room, but by Intercity Hotels standards, quite drab and feeling out of date. Room also poorly laid out with bathroom in the middle of the room rather than by the entrance, lots of wasted space. Also more lighting needed. Breakfast was unimpressive with far less choice and quality than I expect from this brand. All the same the hotel is clean and quiet. Convenient for the main station and the old town. Staff helpful.

Great location - very convenient, just a short walk to the train station, restaurants, and museums. The staff were friendly and helpful, making the stay very pleasant. The only minor issue was a slow drain in the shower cabin, but it didn’t affect my overall experience. I enjoyed my time at the hotel.
