Perfect for a couple of nights for a trip to see Ed Sheeran at the Volkpark stadium. Only 15 mins drive from the airport, short taxi ride to the stadium and a 45 minute walk back. Breakfast was really good and not too busy. Would definitely recommend.

We stayed for two nights and honestly couldn’t fault a thing. We arrived early due to our flight landing in the morning and knew check-in wasn’t until 3pm. We had already contacted the hotel to ask about leaving our luggage, which they were happy to store for us. When we arrived, the reception staff were incredibly friendly and let us know our room would actually be ready within the hour. We popped out for some food nearby and came back to check in before heading into Hamburg. The location is perfect, right next to the U-Bahn station, which made getting around the city so easy and convenient. Breakfast was fantastic. There was everything you could possibly want, yoghurt, cereals, cakes, pastries, cooked breakfast, fresh bread, meats and cheeses. There was even a pump of Nutella, which was a big hit with our 12-year-old! We genuinely couldn’t fault the hotel. Friendly staff, clean and comfortable rooms, and an excellent breakfast. We will definitely be back.

Nice, pet-friendly, hotel. Convenient place to stay near to the motorway. We were travelling with our dog. Staff were very welcoming. There was a small charge, I think €20, for a pet-friendly room. Dogs are not allowed in the restaurant, but they can go in the bar, where you can get food and drinks. The hotel is next to a park where we could exercise our dog. Food and drinks in the bar and restaurant were very good.

Staff was very kind and helpful. Around the corner from the Hagenbeck Zoo and the U2 U-bahn. Hotel family room was spacious, definitely coming back.

EXCELLENT STAY AND VERY FRIENDLY FOR CHILDREN

excellent stay with son grandson and grandfather very child friendly and excellent understanding for children both during dining (morning and dinner) and with play area with large stuffed bears, tigers, girafs and lions. Very fine and friendly service by all staff. exceptional place when visiting Hagenbeck Tierpark - discounts and special access A really pleasant experience and stay and we will be back
