Reception staff are fantastic, very efficient with good English. Nothing is a trouble. The room had several defects that should have been obvious to the house staff but the room was otherwise clean and welcoming. A very enjoyable overnight stay.

We stayed on the 4th floor, which was great, but Wi-Fi was poor. I think they need to install a booster.

Great location, old world charm and comfort.

Pros: Rooms are lovely and quiet. Nice bath.
Cons: Tea and coffee in the room.
Location: Great location, nice aspect and close to lots of restaurants and shops. Also a nice walk to the station.
A nice walk from the station, beautiful location, close to restaurants and shops. Enjoyed our stay, very relaxing, loved the bath and the rooms are charming. Would have liked tea and coffee in the room. Nice breakfast in the restaurant.
