The hotel very close to Hamburg Central Station. There heaps of restaurants ad shops along the street. The room is well maintained and clean. The only issue-the room is not equipped with air-conditioning. It OK during winter time, not during summer months.

It took me a while to locate the check-in, but a helpful lady at a nearby restaurant guided me to check in at UNO Hotel. The room is comfortable, and the location—right next to Hamburg Central Station—is very convenient, with many attractions within walking distance.

A fantastic short stay- room comfortable and quiet. Location perfect. Excellent price quality value. What could be better: there is no fridge in the room. No restaurant but lots of options nearby.

The room was very small. Generally not an issue. But especially the bathroom is so squeezed in that it's uncomfortable. Also, basically no storage for your luggage and items. But that's it. Only issue really is the size.

The property is centrally located next to central train terminal and lots of restaurants near by, but halfway and run carpeting are dirty and need more regular vacuuming.

Solo Travellers Avoid. Having paid for a twin standard room, I was allocated a converted (10 foot by 6 foot) store room, with an 8 foot by 4 foot bathroom attached. In the bathroom, if you are any larger than a size medium, you will not fit in the shower. The staff were unhelpful and had no interest in honouring what I paid for. If you are travelling solo, do yourself a favour and pick anywhere other than here.

The property itself was great as well as the staff (plus they spoke English). While the location is great if you are travelling and need to take the train or bus early in the morning it is quit busy and loud.
