Overall great stay. Late night check in problemati

The hotel and the people at the hotel were brilliant. The check in how ever was schocking. We came late at night with two kids .The codes for rhe entrance and room were not showing in the recieved e mail or sms. That was a real downer. As the hotel itself and the personal were so helpfull after our initial issue. Would defnetly recoment the hotel .

Place for a school trip

I This place looked just like the ones I used to go to on summer camps 15 years ago. Super noisy, windows that are hard to cover, no air conditioning, and ridiculously expensive. For the same price, I had a two-level apartment in a hotel in Cologne — and here, it's just some cramped room from the '90s.

Wirklich sehr, sehr zuvorkommendes Personal, sehr freundlich!!!! Das Zimmer war perfekt sauber, es hätte nicht besser sein können. Wir hatten uns vorab an die Unterkunft gewandt mit Sonderwünschen, die alle gerne umgesetzt wurden zu unserer vollsten Zufriedenheit. Wir kommen also gerne wieder!

Skønt sted med god service.

Fint ophold. Meget venligt personale. Hyggelig stemning med lokale som hyggede sig i restauranten udenfor i det gode vejr. Stor og dejlig lejlighed og til en god pris. Vi var en familie på fem og det var perfekt til os. Utrolig lækker morgenmad med frisk brød og frugt og kaffe på kanden.

Wir wollten ein Wochenende in Hameln verbringen und haben diese Unterkunft gewählt. Der Spaziergang in die Altstadt dauert circa 20 Minuten. Das Hotel liegt also sehr Zentral, ist sauber, hat sehr freundlichen Service, ein wenig bieder eingerichtet, für unsere Bedürfnisse. Absolut ausreichend. Den ersten Abend haben wir in dem Hotel eigenen Restaurant wirklich gut gegessen. Der Service war ausnehmend freundlich. Dann haben wir Hameln entdeckt und sind am Samstagabend nochmals auf einen Absacker in das Hotel Restaurant/Bar gegangen. Wir waren sehr zufrieden danken für den freundlichen Empfang und falls es uns noch einmal nach Hameln verschlägt, kommen wir gerne wieder

Eine sehr gemütliche Unterkunft und das Personal ist sehr zuvorkommend. Frühstück war reichlich vorhanden. Auf Allergiker mit einer Lebensmittel -Unverträglichkeit wird hervorragend eingegangen und verschiedene Produkte dazu angeboten. Wir fanden es super und würden es jederzeit wieder buchen.
