The owners were incredibly friendly and welcoming - and we were even able to check in early. The place is in a nice quiet spot on a farm just a 15 minute drive from Hobbiton. Perfect location to stay if visiting there.

Thank you for being great hosts. We arrived a little after hour and was accommodated and given a small tour of the apartment. The property was clean and large with views overlooking the pasture and farmland. It was always nice and quiet. Appreciate the breakfast items prepared although we did not get to fully utilize it.
