Very clean and nice rooms. Hotel was beautiful and staff was super friendly and helpful. Had a wonderful club lounge and conference room was wonderful for an annual collectors show which was taking place at said hotel this weekend. Thanks for making it so memorable :)

The room was in good condition, only issue is I booked through Expedia the King club room, which gets you access to a lounge room on that floor, but how Expedia has it set up with the hotel is that it looks like that club room is actually a part of the hotel room or at least some pieces of it and I booked the hotel for my birthday and I had hoped to use what was the bigger space to take pictures with a small group of friends, but it was an issue with the hotel (we initially asked the front desk who said yes but then other staff said no) because I think people have been bringing large parties there and abusing the space however I found it really frustrating that it was not clear on Expedia… so it made some of the things that I had planned for that trip not possible or more difficult than they should’ve been wanting to use a space for cake and photos for an hour or less… otherwise it was an ok stay.
