Everything was on par as we booked it while attending the View Dance competition taking place at the Hamilton Convention Centre. Convenient, clean and very a friendly front desk :).

Stayed 2 nights; staff were nice and room looked relatively clean but all the towels and bedding had a musty smell that wouldn't disapear no matter how much we febreezed and lysol-sprayed them. Keurig machine in room was broken so we ended up just using uber eats for warm drinks/snacks. The room we were in had no microwave so that was a little inconvenient. The mini fridge only ran for 2 hours at a time and you had to press a button to reactivate it. Other than that things were pretty standard. Check out was at 12 but we asked if we could have a late one and they extended it to 1pm for us. Its not terrible, but it wasn't great either.
