This place was so disappointing, we drove 4 hours away to come to a place I would never sleep or stay in. We booked the highest up room with a big bath tub, got told when we arrived it wasn’t available so they gave us a double bed room, no big bath tube room. (We paid extra to get the room we wanted with the big tub) we checked out right after seeing the room. Absolutely disgusting how can you even run a place like this, makes my skin crawl so gross. Needless to say, we drove 4 hours back home the same night.
Horrible stay, the room came with the dirtiest sheets I have ever seen with giant yellow and dark stains all over on every sheet, requested to get some new sheets, staff said they would provide but never showed up. Charged an extra 70$ and said that the sheets v
This location in Hamilton is a very run down part of town. When arriving at the location one of the lg 5 rounded windows was boarded up...not a flower, grass present to adorn to location, just broken up black top with UHaul trucks parked....not even an identifying sign
The entrance door was always locked needing to be opened for the inside by a person at the desk. Our key did not unlock the door. The security door was ill maintained as if it had been broken many times.
When we checked in and given our key i requested a second key, as there was 2 of us. He indicated that was not possible...i asked again sure that we had not understood each other, but he indicated "he would see"....no second key was given to us.
The area off the loby had carpet that was stained and poor lighting; the smell was equal to the cleanliness of the carpet.
When we entered the room which was warm, my husband went to turn on the A/C, the metal cover on the controls was not attched, broken off but the A/C worked. The toilet seat attachment in the bathroon was broken so the toilet seat slid off to the side each time we used it...upon examination of the problem the horid pee residue on and around the toilet seat came into clear view along with the urine odor down around the floor of the toilet. The counter & floor corners were uncleaned. The bath tub was Black Mold around the edges, mold along the bottom shower curtain & a couple of big chips un repaired in the tub.

The outside of the building looked dilapidated. The first room we got was filthy with stained bedsheets, dirt on the floor and in the bathtub. We requested a different room. The new room had no fridge, a TV that didn’t work, no towels, not even a hand towel! The ice machine didn’t work, and no wifi. We asked for towels 4 times and never got them. The first room smelled like wet dog. The entire inn was run down and sketchy.
A great affordable convenient stay downtown. Close to shopping and the downtown region. The price range is really affordable and the room was your average room, nothing over the top and nothing to complain about. Staff were friendly.
At check-in the price we were charged was different than my receipt from Expedia. I DO NOT LIKE THAT!!! It has to be exactly what price I booked for or there is a problem!!!
My daughter & I stayed for a soccer tournament. I would not recommend this hotel. It was difficult to find as there is no sign outside & it shares its parking lot with Uhaul vehicles. The area felt unsafe & the main doors were locked at all times & guests needed buzzing in by the person on reception, who wasn’t always there (had to phone the hotel when he wasn’t there). Once in reception we were greeted by a wall of cctv screens.
When we got to our room it was terrible. The sheets were stained & the beds were very unstable. The bath was stained with mould & the bathroom was not clean. We had to use cleaning wipes to clean the bathroom (dirty sink are with soap & toothpaste splashes). There was food left over in the fridge from the previous guests. We had to ask for towels & were just given 2 bath towels (no hand towel/bath mat). I asked for more towels on our way out but we never received them. We went & bought blankets as we didn’t wish to get into the beds! The tv in our room didn’t work & there was a coffee maker but no coffee pods or cups to make a drink.
The building was dated & it looked like one of the windows was broken. We weren’t expecting a 5 star hotel but at the minimum would expect clean & safe. We would definitely never stay here again & would urge others to find somewhere else.
When entering the hotel the lights were off and there was no sign. I thought it was abandoned.The staff gave me no introduction of hotel ameneties nor offered help with my luggage. There was no lift, so be prepared to carry your luggage. Once I entered the room I realized the shower would be unusable because it was filthy. The room had clearly been neglected for some time. I found a fire cracker under the desk which still had debris from a previous guest.
We had a room with a king size bed and jacuzzi. The jacuzzi was disgustingly dirty. The Kind size bed was extremely soft and if two people say at the end of it the mattress would flip. Looks like whoever took over this business just put a quick bandage in thing to get it running
The sheets were full of holes and stains, absolutely disgusting. It didnt matter in the end, we ended up sleeping without them because we couldnt control the ac or open the window (bolted shut). The room was awfully hot is what I'm trying to say.
Hallways and rooms were not well maintained. some lights worked, light shades were broken, toilet seat wasn't fastened properly, front lobby door was broken, only 1 employee on staff and was away from the desk at times and we were actually locked out of the lobby and entry into the hotel.
This hotel was so unsanitary I didn’t even stay. They refused to refund me even though there were bed bugs, moldy walls and unsafe electrical problems.
