Nestled in the woods on a Tree Farm, Still Waters offers a one-of-a-kind, all-season semi off-grid agritourism farm stay experience for couples, solo travelers, or close friends looking to slow down and reconnect with nature. Thoughtfully designed and surrounded by peaceful wilderness, this cozy tiny home is your chance to truly unplug.

🛏️ Inside the Tiny Home:
We’ve designed Still Waters with simplicity and comfort in mind.
You’ll find:
- A comfortable bed with fresh linens, pillows, and blankets
- Bath towels (one per guest; daily towel service available for an extra charge)
- Hand soap, dish soap, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash
- Ceramic mugs, plates, bowls, cutlery, and BBQ utensils
- Plastic salad bowl
- 1 frying pan + 1 pot for BBQ cooking
- Keurig machine with coffee pods
Extra OPTIONAL Add-On Nordic Spa Experience:
$100 for a 3-hour private session (1–2 people)
$25 for each additional person (enough time for 3–4 hot/cold cycles each)
What to Expect
Your sauna session includes a 1-hour pre-heating window. This time is built in so you can start the wood stove, get the fire going, and bring the sauna up to temperature before you begin your 3-hour session.
Depending on the weather, it may take up to 1 full hour for the sauna to be hot enough to use—this is why we provide the extra time, making it a total of 3 hours for your private session. Once it’s ready, you’ll have plenty of heat for your cycles of hot and cold therapy.

Other things to note
Power Supply: At times, we may operate on limited power. Please be mindful—avoid running multiple devices at once. In rare cases, a backup generator is available.
Cooking: No indoor cooking. Use the BBQ (propane provided) or its side burner for pots and pans provided and or the firepit for meals. A Toaster Oven is inside the Tiny House.
WiFi & Cell Service: Wi-Fi is available for messaging/calls (Whats App, FaceTime). Cell service is limited, especially with Rogers, Telus, and Fido.
Access: The road is unpaved. May be muddy. Drive slowly and carefully. We recommend 4x4 in winter but have parking available at the front of the property as well.
Surroundings: Other cabins may be on the property, but each is designed with privacy in mind. Your space is yours alone.
Please DO NOT wander off the property path, especially onto neighbouring properties or other tiny homes (other than the one you booked).
Winter Notice: In colder months, there may be a chance of water freezing. We’ll do our best to manage this and keep you informed.
Liability Waiver: All guests must sign a liability waiver prior to arrival. This is listed in our house rules as well.

Our Sauna and Cold Plunge Circuits are forest sanctuaries designed to nurture the soul and foster deeper levels of connection to self, to others, and to nature. Situated in a private tree canopied oasis, you’ll alternate exposure to high heat in a sauna, cold immersion in a cold plunge pool, and deep relaxation on our grounds. Because this is what your “out of office” energy was made for.

The sauna experience is located on the property in another private spot and is about a 200 feet walk from your tiny home.
