Quiet and comfortable

Cute little place. Quiet and comfortable. Lots of selection on the TV with channels and streaming services. Breakfast was nice - croissants, fresh fruit, cereal. As someone who doesn’t drink coffee or tea I would’ve loved some fresh juice but I know I’m in the minority there. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay and would gladly return in the future.

Great place to stay

Upon walking in, I thought the room was amazing! It was the cleanest motel I think I have stayed in. I thought this room was one of the renovated, until I saw the peeling paint by the heater or AC. But, it was no big deal. The shower curtain could have been a couple inches longer because upon completion of my shower, there was a lake on the floor. My friend uses a cane so I wiped up with one of the towels. The cleaners were friendly as well. I felt the room was quiet, Room 8.

Location is convenient - on edge of Hamilton; staff were not friendly: I was called the night before my arrival and asked "are you going to cancel your reservation?" when i checked in, the woman behind the counter said "oh yeah, i called you to ask if you were going to cancel" it seems like this is a property in transition - trying to clean it up and do repair work throughout; maybe it offers hope on the future here
