It is a great place to stay, close to everything and very walkable to various options. The rooms are spacious and well outfitted for your stay. They’ve even provided some great blackout curtains for the great window. I’d recommend the property try to get better air circulation in the hallways.

Short Stay

The room was spacious and clean and had a great vibe. There was some touch ups needed in the shower and the bathroom needs hand soap (only body wash was available). Also, the wall plug in the bathroom was missing a screw and a previous guests account was still signed in on some of the apps on the television. It would be nice that when the room is prepared, the apps are checked and accounts signed out to keep guests information private and safe.

Great property. Amal was very receptive to our needs. Not generally the property’s fault but too much frequent cannabis consumption in adjacent rooms which wafted into our room for a large part of our stay. Maybe this could be strictly prohibited by property in the future.

I stayed for one night in April 2025 while attending a meeting in Hamilton and it was perfect. The Pass code sent by text made it easy to access parking, elevator, and my room - not having a standard front desk was not a problem at all! The Standard Apartment was large and clean, and the Guest Manager kept in touch by text and phone to check whether I needed anything and to make my stay an easy and enjoyable one. I enjoyed the ease of the full kitchen and nearby grocery options, didn't need use the laundry but it's a great feature.

Parking is problematic, didn’t find out until the day of check-in that parking was limited and then I was told there was none available for me while I was already en route in my vehicle. They sent a message basically saying “you can find yourself a parking spot somewhere nearby on such streets”. We were able to secure ourselves parking which was fortunate but had to walk our luggage awkwardly around the block for check-in and check-out.

Our stay at The Laundry Rooms was truly exceptional! The room cleanliness, friendly staff, or great location for all daily activities i.e shopping, grocery, and wide range of different dining options was outstanding, and the cozy suite with all modern amenities and let's not forget their comfy cloud like bed, that just made our experience even better. The staff were incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to ensure our comfort, making us feel truly welcomed. We would highly recommend The Laundry Rooms to anyone visiting the Hamilton/Agusta area. 10 out of 10 for sure!! 😊
