The check in desk was very nice and friendly. The room however is in need of some repairs or upgrades. The tub had a hole in the side, the sink was cracked and stained and had hair in it still. The baseboard was broken and missing in a spot. The bathroom door around the handle was cracked. The rolling computer chair was stained and dirty. You can tell it was older and just needs to be tended to and maybe cleaned better.

Property is very old and dirty. If you don’t mind old moldy smell then it’s a perfect price. The commode flushed very slow and had to hold down until it finally empties.

I booked this hotel for a local event during the weekend and to visit friends (though it also coincided with Taylor Swift’s 2024 concert in New Orleans). The hotel is located by some busy streets and the interstate, so there was usually a consistent but tolerable level of noise. The hotel is mostly physically separated from the main street itself, so we felt safe. We felt welcomed when we arrived. The room was very clean. Some of the facilities needed updating, but other than that everything was in working order and we had no complaints. Donna and Melissa in particular were very friendly and helpful, and their care for the job and their service truly stood out to us. Thank you for making our stay a lovely one! Overall, it was a pleasant experience for a very reasonable price.

The staff was very nice. However, the room was extremely old and not cared for. It smelled musty and dirty and was in disrepair. Whoever owns this place seems to just not care about it. I definitely won’t be patronizing them again.

When choosing the hotel, one of the features I wanted was a pool. It was filled in upon arrival and I was told the pool feature "was removed from the website". On the other hand, the young lady who cleaned my room was so nice and personable.
