Great location in the heart of Hammondsport

House is close to downtown and the lake and the many wineries and breweries. The host was quick to answer any questions and the kitchen is well equipped! Plenty of space for kids to play or adults to hang out.

We had an amazing girls’ weekend at this VRBO\! The house is absolutely gorgeous—beautifully maintained, spotless, and equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. We especially appreciated all of the thoughtful amenities that made our stay even more enjoyable. Mark was a fantastic host. He was friendly, responsive, and very communicative whenever we had a question, making the entire experience seamless. The location was perfect—close enough to easily visit the local wineries and breweries, yet tucked away in the countryside, offering a peaceful and private retreat. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway. We would definitely stay here again!

Great spot!

Clean, welcoming home in a quiet private location. Convenient for exploring the FLX. Minor criticisms: kitchen refrigerator did not have a working ice machine and there was no ice available in the freezer (we did a lot of hiking and wanted cold water for the day) and there were flies throughout the first floor, mainly in the bathroom and living room which was a slight bother (thankful for the swatter). Overall, it was a lovely stay!
