Welcome to Lil’ Hickory, your serene  escape tucked away in the charming Sylvan Beach area on beautiful Waneta Lake. This cozy tiny home is the perfect retreat for couples or solo travelers looking for peace, simplicity, and stunning lakefront views.

The Space:
Lil’ Hickory may be tiny, but it’s packed with comfort and charm. Inside, you’ll find a comfy queen-size bed that sleeps two, a well-equipped kitchen with a stove, dishwasher, and Keurig coffee maker—perfect for slow mornings with coffee by the water. Fire up the BBQ grill outside and enjoy your meals steps from the lake.

Private Beach Access:
Step out your door and wander down to Sylvan Beach. Swim, sunbathe, or sip wine or enjoy a cup of coffee as the sun sets and rises  over the lake—it’s all yours to enjoy.

Property was great and as described. Small, but clean and comfortable for the two of us. Great location for Keuka and Seneca lake trips. We had a small issue with a terrible storm and the air conditioner and the manager as well as owner made sure everything was taken care of. Would definitely stay again.

We loved staying here! This little cabin was jam packed with everything we needed for a home base while visiting the Finger Lakes region. A well equipped kitchen with sharp knives, a s'mores kit (we used the fire pit but this was a cute and nice perk if you didn't want to build a fire) and as someone who cooks, we appreciated the kitchen space and outdoor gas grill a lot! This cabin is tiny but seriously had everything we needed and was very affordable. We enjoyed the area as well and thought the locals were friendly and the Lake was nice and calm for kayaking and water sports.
