Great staff.

Pros: Staff

Location: Short taxis ride to town centre.
Rooms a bit out dated. Hotel staff very nice and friendly. Still happy to recommend to friends.

Hotel staff were excellent.

Pros: Staff service.
Cons: Local bus stop would be good.
Location: Basingstoke train station ( 25min walk). However the route is not easy to follow. Had no luck with buses. Taxis were good and cheap.
Hotel staff were great and we enjoyed our stay. The apollo isn't easy to get to. But told by locals that will change in a few years. We were very happy with our choice of hotel in Basingstoke.
